Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with Greens Grp. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Missing / Damaged Items

If any items from your order are missing or damaged please contact us. Unfortunately, due to rising shipping costs, if any low value items (Less than £5) are missing/damaged we are unable to send out a replacement and will instead refund the value of the item. 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Houseplants

Refund + Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your plants please email Greens Houseplants IMMEDIATELY after opening your shipment. 

All claims regarding plants quality must be reported by email on receipt of product.  Pictures of ALL the plants you are claiming, as well as the box and all box labels, are required.  Pictures should include a close up of the product, as well as a more panoramic or larger view of the product showing the plants in question. We will ask for return of the plants to process your claim.

A return or replacement claim must be requested within 5 days. Claims for return or refund made after 5 days of receipt of product will NOT be accepted. Cost of return shipping is at buyers own cost. Items returned must be packed back up in the same packaging as they were received and must be in the same nursery pot with plant passport attached. 

Complaints will not be accepted for issues relating to the stem or leaf of plants unless in exceptional circumstances. Our guarantee only covers damage to the plants head in question;

The loss of a leaf in transport on a healthy plant should not generally be a cause for any concern. We cannot give a refund for snapped leaves.

Complaints concerning part of the order supplied cannot be a case for rejected the entire order.

Please be aware that your plant may vary from the picture as this is a living item. Variations of shape and colour are perfectly natural and to be expected. We will send you a plant as close to the picture and description as possible. The picture shown is an example of what’s in stock unless stated otherwise.

Although our system has confirmed your order in dealing with agricultural products and international deliveries there is always a possibility an order may not be filled.

Greens Houseplants will only credit the amount of the undelivered order and will not be held liable for any inconveniences arising from these events.

Greens Houseplants will not be responsible for products mishandled by customers.  It is the customer’s responsibility to know how to properly care for the products they are ordering. 

Greens Houseplants cannot be responsible for quality of plants in the event of a missed delivery by the customer or by contact details or addresses entered incorrectly during the ordering process.

Please note: The legal right to cancel orders because you have changed your mind does bot apply to perishable goods such as plants.

Below is how our refund policy works:  

If you want to return an item bought from us this needs to be within 5 days of receipt, you need to email us, and then you can send the item back to us in its original packagins, at your cost, and once the item is received back to us at your cost, we will then be in touch regarding a refund. 

Repeated Returns

We offer a return and refund policy, we also monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may at our discretion lead to the closure of your account of future orders being refused.

Missing Plants 

In the event that part of your order is missing, notify us immediately by phone and email. Greens Houseplants will check to verify the packing of your box. If there is a discrepancy, Greens Houseplants will reimburse the customer the value of the missing items per the pricing on the order. Greens Houseplants will not be responsible for replacing missing items from your local suppliers.

Payments and Cancellations 

Card payments are charged at the moment of placing the order. Approved claims will be credited back to the charge card after the complaint is settled. Any cancellation may be subject to a processing fee of 20% of your total bill.  No cancellations will be accepted 5 days prior to your delivery date.  At that time orders will already be scheduled with the auctions and growers and will not be available for sale to other customers.
